Consignment Policy:

We accept clothing that is no older than 3 years. Household items must be clean and in working order. All battery-operated items must have working batteries in them.

When your items sell money accumulates on your account until you choose to come and collect the money. You may also use the money to purchase items in our store.

Our computer systems are not connected to one another. If you use multiple locations you will have a different consignor account number for each store.

Once items sell, 45%/50%/60 of the sale will be added to your account. Please allow 1 week for your item to be processed.

Vintage Home & Family will donate clothing that is found after accepting not to be in current fashion or in poor condition (clothing with tears, missing buttons, stains, etc.)

Acceptable items:

•pre-owned (gently used) home furnishings
•lighting
•rugs
•mirrors
•accessories/decor
•original artwork
•clothing purchased within last 3 years (current style)
•bridal dresses
•shoes
•childrens toys (include batteries if needed)
•children's equipment (pack n plays, highchairs, swings, etc.)

BEST selling items:

•ALL furniture
•cribs
•highchairs
•pack n plays
•ALL shoes
•sporting equipment
•outside toys
•designer purses

Non-acceptable items:

•electronics (children's items acceptable)
•blinds / curtain rods
•cell phones / beepers
•tins
•waterbeds
•typewriters
•toys with missing pieces
•breast pumps
•items out of season
•car seats over 5 years old
•kid's meal toys
•metal desks
•anything expired by date
•textbooks
•encyclopedia sets
•headboard / footboard (without frame)
•imposter perfume
•Light Bright / Easy Bake Oven
•exercise equipment
•clothing styles older than 3 years
•printers & scanners
•vacuums
•stuffed animals that are not brand name
•items that don’t meet the CPSIA regulations
